Community Equipment Service

Community Equipment Service is run by Medequip. This service is funded by Stoke Local Authority and the ICB.

Equipment is  loaned to Children and Young People who have had an assessment by a professional - usually Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Community Nurse. If you feel your child or young person may benefit from equipment to assist them then please speak to your therapist or nurse. 

If you do not have a therapist or nurse then please discuss with your GP or social care. 

If you have equipment that is requiring maintenance or is no longer needed please contact Medequip.
