CREATED Academy School is a provider of Alternative Education offering academic and vocational courses in specialised subjects: Sport, Photography, Art and Design, Creative Media, STEM Science and Robotics & Music, English, Maths and Science for learners aged 11-16.

CREATED Academy School has been established to push the boundaries of what is possible in the learning experiences for young people, meeting their academic and individual needs. We specialise in subjects such as Construction and Production of Music, Creative Media, Sports Coaching and more delivered by high quality experienced tutors and practitioners who have a wealth of knowledge and teaching expertise.

The programme will be mainly practical, hands on learning, giving the students the skills they need to find the right path to sustained learning, further education and work, in a positive, creative and safe environment.

Students at CREATED Academy School will be given the opportunity to engage with local communities, schools and outreach projects through work experience and volunteering opportunities with local businesses and youth projects. They will gain important and transferable skills, knowledge & confidence in specialist sports coaching, youth work, business enterprise, music project management and film making.

CREATED Academy School is based at the former Learn Direct building on Pall Mall in the City Centre situated close to Hanley bus station, our facilities include an industry standard recording studio, live and rehearsal room and iMac music and media editing Lab. A development (DEVS) space for Art and Design, Robotics and STEM projects has been constructed to house our Arts and Technology programmes.
