Personal Health Budgets

Stoke and Staffordshire ICB provide personal health budgets for children and young people eligible due to having  eligibility to Continuing Care, Continuing Health Care, S117 aftercare or a Wheelchair.

At this time we do not provide personal health budgets outside of these criteria.
