My Shortlist Grants available for children's holidays, short breaks and educational breaks
We can offer small grants, (up to £250), towards the cost of educational breaks, school trips and family holidays.
You would need to detail why the financial help is needed.
A short application form needs to be completed which can be downloaded from this page, from our website or by contacting us directly. The form would need to be countersigned by a doctor, health visitor, social worker or teacher. The criteria and guidance for completing the form is also available.
