Post 16 Education Questionnaires
Stoke-on-Trent City Council are interested to learn the experiences that young people with SEND and their families have had of education after the age of 16.
We are interested both in experiences of how prepared you felt before starting Post 16 education and in your experience after you started.
With support from PEGiS we have developed a short questionnaire to capture your views.
