Wilder Youth | Halloween Hang out at Hem Heath Woods
Chat, chill, and chomp down some toasted marshmallows...
Autumn is the perfect time to reflect on summer, mentally prepare ourselves for the winter ahead, and enjoy one another's company around a good ol' campfire. In addition to the main event (FOOD.), we'll bring along a few activities to have a go at - spidery bird feeder making, firelighting, and Alexis will bring along the Kelly Kettles for a brew. We can chalk up some trees for a bit of ghosty craftivism while we're there. Fancy dress is optional! Alexis Johnson, our Wilder Youth project lead, will host this face to face gathering, making sure everyone is fed, watered, and having a good time. Follow the trail/signs from the World of Wedgwood carpark, ST12 9ER. Wilder Youth is a unique project, targeted at 16-24s who are keen to work together to make a positive change for wildlife in Staffordshire. Being an activist can be lonely work - so we're holding the space to provide training, venues, and guidance to bring you together! You'll be responsible for guiding the project...Staffordshire Wildlife Trust is just here to help. Wilder Youth is funded by UHNM Charity/NHS Charities Together.
