Diamond Families community interest company is a Therapeutic farm and wellbeing centre for children, parents and professionals. Our programmes significantly reduce stress anxiety and depression and increase participation and community engagement. Over the last 10 years we have provided support and therapeutic activities in Staffordshire beautiful countryside through art, education, horticulture, farming and pet therapy. All of our profits are reinvested back into the service and local community specifically to improve wellbeing and life chances. You do not need a diagnosis or social worker to access our services and we are SEND Friendly. "We recognise that that families are forever just like Diamonds, precious, high maintenance and need intricate skills to help care for them.” We focus on increasing emotional intelligence, improving well-being and re engagement back into education. We are part of the CAMHS in schools model and specialise in evidence based programmes to prevent or to help overcome depression, anxiety, trauma. Our vision aligns with that of local children, young people and family plans and our strategic plan outlines how our service champions self help and improved mental health. Our service is currently providing guidance to local schools to develop their own health and wellbeing policies to support staff and students. Our small innovative service focuses on family harmony. Our success is driven by our flexible and accessible bespoke packages. We are focused on helping YOU and YOUR family succeed. Run by our experienced multi agency team of emotional health coaches, teachers, therapists and our very Own pets as therapy Dogs, Pony’s, Alpaccas, donkeys,Goats and little furry friends. We work in partnership with all local services to maximise young persons experience and outcomes. To achieve this we are listening to young peoples views and wishes of a "happy school" and learning from local and national research into helping those with additional needs "stay in education".
