We are a small independent specialist day college situated in Stoke on Trent. Regent College was founded in 1999 and provides specialist education for young people from 16 – 25 years old.

Our courses are full and part time and are based at our main site in Shelton, Stoke on Trent although lots of learning takes place in our local and extended community. Community-based learning is central to our curriculum, this includes a wide range of practical activities as well as volunteering and work placement opportunities.

We are tremendously proud of this result which shows we have improved the quality of our teaching, learning and support and reflects our high expectations for our learners. Inspectors were clearly impressed by the wide range of work placements, volunteering opportunities and the introduction of supported internships which take place within our local and extended community. The highly responsive curriculum was noted by Ofsted as ensuring that learners increase their life skills, including their independence, and are well prepared for adulthood.
