Landau is a supported employment and training charity that transforms lives across the West Midlands by providing routes to employment, access to learning, social enterprise help and support for personal growth through training.

We provide a full bespoke education programme for learners aged between 16 and 25 with an EHCP, many of our learners have a diagnosis of Autism spectrum disorder, complex communication needs or a learning disability. We help these learners to continue to develop their skills or re-engage in education by providing a fun and engaging curriculum with large staff to learner ratios to ensure they get the support they need, Staff are both nurturing and able to set clear boundaries for learners in preparation for their next steps.
