Want to start achieving your goals but not sure how to get going?

Explore is a FREE, flexible programme that gives you the chance to lead your own personal development. It can help you improve your wellbeing, build positive routines and plan how to achieve what you want in life.

During Explore, you’ll boost your confidence by taking part in fun, challenging group activities. You'll gain key skills to support you in life and work, including teamwork, leadership and communication. And you’ll receive regular one-to-one support to help you take your next steps towards your goals.

The Explore programme is for you if you:

• Want to take ownership of your learning and development journey
• Are ready to try new things and develop skills for life and work
• Want to create a plan for taking your next steps towards employment or training
• Are looking for ways to increase your self-confidence
• Want to meet new people with a range of experiences

We are based in the Old Post Office, on the first and second floor. To access us, please walk around the back of the building using the driveway at the side of the building (between us and the African food shop). There is an outbuilding at the back of the building, press the intercom and we will let you in. If you are struggling to find us please contact me.
