Our Story

We are a project that provides free advocacy to help parents appeal against their child’s permanent exclusion in England. We specialise in disability discrimination and cases where the child has special educational needs. Those children with disabilities and special educational needs are at a much higher risk of being permanently excluded, and therefore require greater protection and a louder voice.

Who do we represent?

The Project represents parents of children who have been permanently excluded from maintained state schools, academies, and pupil referral units. Please get in touch with us if you are in doubt about whether the school is in the Project’s scope.
