Our next steps to improve support for children and young people with SEND
We’ve now submitted Stoke-on-Trent’s SEND Reform Plan to the Department for Education, marking an important step in strengthening support across our local area.
The plan has been shaped together with families, children and young people, and partners across education, health and care. It focuses on earlier support, stronger inclusion in mainstream settings, and creating more local opportunities for children and young people to thrive.
