The Stoke-on-Trent SEND Reform Plan is now available to read on the Local Offer.
The Stoke-on-Trent Local Area SEND Partnership Reform Plan has been published.
The plan explains how local services will work together to improve support for children and young people with SEND. It sets out the changes we want to make and the steps we will take to help children, young people and their families get the right support at the right time.
Parents, carers, young people and professionals can now read the plan to learn more about our goals and priorities for SEND in Stoke-on-Trent.
