We want your feedback!

We are committed to actively listening to the families who use the Stoke-on-Trent Aiming High programme and to using your feedback to shape and improve our services. We will soon be finalising service agreements with our activity providers for the 2026/27 delivery year and would value your feedback to inform this. 

Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts about the Aiming High programme.  Your responses will help us understand what’s working well and where we can improve. 

We have three available surveys:

1. Parents and carers who currently access Aiming High can complete the survey here Aiming High Feedback Form for Parents and Carers – Fill in form 
2. We also want to hear from your children and would love to know what they think of Aiming High. We have a separate survey for children and young people. You can access the survey here Aiming High Feedback Form for Children and Young People – Fill in form In order to capture all feedback, we’d love to hear your child’s thoughts in any way they feel comfortable. This could be words, photos, videos, drawings, or anything else they’d like to share. This can be sent directly to aiming.high@stoke.gov.uk

All three surveys will close on  Thursday 4th Dec 2025.

 Your feedback is confidential. We won’t share individual answers—only a summary will be used to help improve Aiming High.

Children and Young People’s Survey – Prize Draw

To show our appreciation for your feedback, children and young people completing the survey or sending feedback in a different way, can choose to enter our prize draw to win a £20 voucher of your choosing.  

To enter, simply provide your name and contact details at the end of the survey or alongside any other feedback.

Your details will only be used for the prize draw and will not be shared.
