School's extended local offer response

Cloud Hub is an alternative provision supporting children and young people in Key Stages 1-3 who face barriers to education. We work with pupils who have been permanently excluded, are at risk of exclusion, experience social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties, school avoidance, anxiety, low confidence, behavioural challenges, or disrupted educational experiences.

We provide a nurturing, relationship-based environment that focuses on both educational engagement and personal development. Our provision is tailored to each learner's individual needs and may include:

  • 1:1 mentoring and pastoral support
  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies
  • Social skills development
  • Personalised learning opportunities
  • Confidence and self-esteem building
  • Support with attendance and re-engagement in education
  • Transition support into mainstream education, specialist provision, or other suitable placements

We work collaboratively with families, schools, local authorities, and other professionals to ensure consistent support around the child. Our approach is child-centred, trauma-informed, and focused on helping every young person develop the skills, resilience, and confidence needed to achieve positive outcomes.
