Capturing inclusion across our city.
Children and young people celebrate the places in Stoke‑on‑Trent where they feel welcomed and included.
This autumn, to celebrate Inclusion Week, our Educational Psychology Service invited children and young people across Stoke‑on‑Trent to take part in a special photography competition. We asked them to capture the places in our city where they feel happy, included, and welcomed.
We were delighted by the range of thoughtful and creative photos that came in. Our winning entries featured some much‑loved spots — including local schools, the Kidsgrove Pump Track, and even Stoke Railway Station — showing the many different places where children and young people with SEND feel they truly belong.
