The City of Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College offers a range of qualifications including A-Levels, T-Levels and BTEC. It also has a Level 3 Foundation Programme for students that have not secured the GCSE grades for L3 study. To access L3 study at the college typically students will need to obtain 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above - subjects also have entry requirements which will be explained at one of our First Couurse Discussions following our decision that we are able to meet need. For L3 Foundation entry students will need to obtain a grade 4 in English or Maths and a grade 3 in the other. The College understands that college life is about more than just qualifications. We highly value the exceptional skills and abilities that our students bring, whether in academia, sports, music, or other areas. That’s why we offer a diverse range of extracurricular activities, including clubs, societies, trips, and visits as part of our ASPIRE+ Programme which is accessible for all our students. The College encourages parents to contact the college via email or telephone call to make an appointment to visit, in addition to a number of Open Events are held throughout the academic year where members of the Learning Support team are available. |

Parking is at the rear of the building, including a number of disbled spaces. Wheelchair access is availbale via the front door and the college has lift access to all floors. In addition, the college is situated 200m from Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station and is on local bus routes. |

The College meets with every individual and their family to ensure that the College is the right environment for them and that needs can be met. The college believes in a supportive transition period throughout Yr. 11 to support the young person. Prospective students will meet with the relevant curriculum staff as well as members of the learning support team. |

The City of Stoke on Trent 6th Form College supports all young people with SEND in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and provision is available for all the four areas of need outlined in the 2014 SEND Code of practice, including learning needs such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia. In addition, the college offers support with communication needs such as ASD and hearing impairments, along with social, emotional and mental health needs being supported. The College can also offer support for students who use a wheelchair (the building is accessible for young people with mobility needs).
