Early years inclusive learning service
The Early Years Inclusive Learning Service is made up of the Early Years Forum, Portage Home Teaching Service and the Hazel Trees Education Nursery. The service works in partnership with parents/carers, schools and pre-school settings to support children aged 0 - 5 with additional needs in Stoke-on-Trent.
