Tell us what you think about the NHS Wheelchair Service

The NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (SSoT) Wheelchair Service helps children, young people and adults who have long-term physical or degenerative conditions. It includes assessments, providing wheelchairs, and keeping them in good working order.

Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board (ICB) wants to hear from people who use the service, as well as their families, carers and anyone involved. Your feedback will help improve the service.
