We Want to Hear from Young People with SEND
We are asking children and young people with SEND in Stoke-on-Trent to share their views, ideas and experiences. Your voice can help us improve local services and make a difference for other young people.
What Is It About?
We want to understand what matters most to you. These conversations build on previous youth consultation work carried out by YMCA and help us continue improving services and support for children and young people with SEND.
Our Current Theme
This term we are focusing on:
Autumn 2026: Moving to a New Class, School or College
Starting somewhere new can be exciting, but it can also bring challenges. We want to hear about your experiences of moving between classes, schools, colleges or other educational settings.
We will be visiting some schools and settings to gather feedback, but we also want to hear from young people through their own groups and activities.
