Reaseheath say, "Visit the zoo this Easter and see our completed zoo developments! We're running a dinosaur trail around the zoo with stickers for taking part, and have a wide range of animals from fish and reptiles to capybaras, lemurs and bush dogs, plus lots more."
Good to know: venue is wheelchair accessible, there are wheelchair-accessible toilet facilities. Reaseheath Mini Zoo is fully inclusive. We have a quiet room available, sensory bags to borrow. Easter Egg Hunt - Apedale Valley Light Railway (all ages)
Saturday 19, Sunday 20, Monday 21, 11:30am to 4pm each day
Children do a simple quiz along the journey, spotting the Easter Eggs and then solving a puzzle.
The steam trains will run at frequent intervals, finishing at with the last train at 8pm. It is advised that you wrap up warm and bring a torch – it’s dark in the carparking area. There’s a chance (actually, pretty much a certainty) you may get wet – so be prepared!
